**Specialized Pelvic Health Physical Therapy**

High quality pelvic health physical therapy involves finding a solution to your pelvic problem. This all starts with a very detailed examination. We sometimes joke with our adult female patients that we examine from the “bra line to the panty line” - meaning that we complete a thorough assessment of the ribs, abdomen, spine, hips, pelvic girdle, buttocks, legs AND the pelvic floor as we work to figure out both the cause **and** the solution to your pelvic problem.
Once we know the cause of your pelvic problem, we provide the highest level of evidence supported pelvic health therapy to **get you better**.

**Individualized Pelvic Health Education**

We believe that in order to heal your pelvic condition, you must fully understand your pelvic condition. We also know that conversations about pelvic problems can be overwhelming at times, so you might leave your health care provider’s office not really understanding next steps.
We want to make sure that you understand your pelvic problem and what you need to do to fix it, so you can gain the most from each session and **get better**!
Throughout your examination and treatment sessions, we use anatomy models, computer simulations, and in-clinic demonstrations to teach you about your pelvic condition
Between sessions, our patients have access to the PelvicSmart Patient Portal with handouts and videos of your recommended home program to keep you on track between sessions
